	Foyer Every house needs an entryway, and this one just happens to be quite spectacular. Spanish-style tile in on the floor, reddish in color, and cream-beige eggshell paint is on the walls. Vintage wooden park benches sit up against the bridal staircase, end tables on either side of them decorated with freshly-cut plants from the garden. Guady flowers aren't for the Conrads. 	Pool & Jacuzzi Area The giant outdoor pool and Jacuzzi are perfect for a sultry summer night. Built into rocks, the perfect-tempurature pool is excellent for a dip... sans clothing. People, it's summer. It's hot. Get with it--your boyfriend is probably doing the same thing. It features a waterfall and several smaller, circular areas full of water, raised up on the rocks. 	Kitchen Here is the large, Spanish-inspiried kitchen. The terra-cotta floor tiles are of a reddish, clay color. The cabinets are polished pine, the countertops a creamy marble. There is a giant picture window in front of the breakfast nook, which features a pine table to match the cabinet and several comfy leather chairs. Conrad Estate

This is the giant estate the Conrad family [including Lauren and her little sister] live in during the summer, and where all the Orange County teenagers are staying. It has everything, literally--a giant, Latin-style kitchen. A ballroom. A Jacuzzi, a pool outside. A game room. A basketball court in the basement. A boat near the water, a private beach.
