The two teens skipped along the board walk, attempting to sing that one skipping song of which the name they did not know. Due to that, they were mostly just making it up. "Mary Lou was skipping and theeeen, she saw a kangaroo A Kangawho? A kangaroo!!!" sang the male in the black The Clash shirt.
The female with whom he was in cahoots with skipped at his side, giggling at the words coming from his mouth. They were nothing like the real song, she knew that for sure, but they sure were funny. "Tyty, you're a dork, but I love you," said the The Academy Is... t-shirt wearing female, still skipping. "You too. Love you too, Zannie," he said, grabbing her wrist before saying, "Let's stop here at this bench," and pointing, then dragging her to sit down. They loved bestfriend time. Lots of fun. "It's not like you really gave me a choice, but I was thinking the same thing, so it's okay," said Zanna, nodding then grinning extremely childishly. Because it was fun, that was why.

"DREK GET YOUR ASS BACK HERE!"Devin yelled running after his brother. His brother had Devin's sidekick and wallet, plus his Ipod. Drek ran past Zanna and Tyler waving and giving a short nod but kept on going. He had the stolen things in his pocket and his hands on his black baggy pants that were falling down because he had dropped his belt and Devin had it threating to attack him wtih it. Drek finally stopped and ran back to crouch behind Zanna and Tyler pulling down his bright orange shirt over his bright green boxers and pants. Devin came up and stood infront of his brother fuming, it was easy to tell he was pissed. The boy took off the extra belt he had from his own black pants he straighted it out and held it at his side. His hands were covered by his long sleeve whit shirt so it covered the start of the belt partly and over the white shirt was a hot pink one. "Give me my things now!"Devin said holding out another hand for his ipod and other assorted items.

Promptly after leaving Lauren at the Cafe, Ryder was busy walking along the boardwalk. He'd received a text from Amber saying that she was hiding out at Rio's pizza place, being as it had been raining earlier that morning and she'd gotten caught up talking with a new friend. Smirking, he shook his head. That was typical Amber.
His outfit was the same he'd worn from the harbour; faded jeans, white tee shirt, tan boots and that was it. No way in hell would he ever veer from the simplistic. His grey eyes scanned the buildings, looking for the one Amber had mentioned in the text message. "Ryder!" called a feminine voice from a few yards in front of him. He didn't have the chance to do nothing before the wind was knocked out of him by the petite girl. "Jeeze girl. Trying to kill me?" he asked, though his voice held a good level of affection.
~*~
Grinning, Amber kept her arms around him before reaching up and pecking his cheek. "It's not everyday I get to see my favorite cousin. You know you're my favorite right?" she asked, finally letting go of him though keeping a hold on his hands. "You look gooood," she sang, chuckling. It wasn't that she had any romantical fantasies about her cousin, just stating a fact. "How's it been?" she asked, stretching upward and covering a yawn.
Glancing to her left, she noticed Drek and Devin, but didn't know the other two individuals in front of them. "Come on," she told Ryder without waiting for a reply from him, starting to walk over to the group. Her hands were placed into the pockets of her paint-splotched blue jean overalls, her flip flops making no noise as they made contact with the ground. A black shirt was beneath the overalls, and she moved some dark hair from off her face, blinking away the yawn tears from her brown eyes.

A gaze fell upon that of a group of what seemed to be friends as Jimmy had heard shouting coming from the far end of the boardwalk. He really wasn’t in the mood for the loud noises; obviously they wouldn’t exactly help the headache the seemed to threaten his every movement. He winced as his head turned to look at the group and his eyes fluttered closed as a hand made its way towards his damp forehead. It had been a bad day already and the little shit heads that he would now call them upon interrupting the hushed silence had only made it worse. “Shut the hell up!” he screamed towards them, not caring what any other people around him had thought of his out burst.

"Uh-oh. Devin's gonna kill you, Drek," Zanna said, making a slightly scared looking face and peering over her shoulder at Drek. "You better watch out!" she cautioned, and then thought of the Santa Clause song that was always being sung around Christmas. Apparently Tyler had been thinking the same thing. "You better not cry, you bettern not shout, I'm telling you why, Santa Clause is coming to town," at this point, his voice became a lot softer and more creepy, "He sees you when you're sleeping, he knows if you're awake, he knows if you've been bad or good, so be good for goodness sake, Ohhh!" "Tyler, shut up!' "Kay. Santa's a stalker. I'll shut up. Forever."

Devin threw the belt down on the ground still mad he stormed off. "Thats where he got his name to. Hey DEVVAAA come back!"Drek cried Devin turned around and looked at his brother who was holding out his things. Walking back he snatched them up and put them in his pocket. "Bout time."He muttered. Devin and Drek looked towards the kid that had told them to shut up. "Why don't you?!"Devin demanded back at him.

"Its been good," Ryder replied, following alongside her as she made her way over to some people. He didn't know them, but he didn't exactly know many people in Orange County now did he. About to ask her if she did, since Amber was the type of person to just walk up to random strangers and start a conversation (Colby always told her she'd get hacked to death someday for it but she really didn't care what he had to say to begin with), he raised a brow, looking towards a rather rude individual. Well, who the hell went shouting at people that way?
He wasn't about to say anything to the guy though, as he didn't know him. Hell, he wasn't talking to Ryder or Amber, so as far as he was concerned, the guy could say whatever the hell he pleased. Direct it to him or his cousin and he just might be eating a fist and his words though. So he was a protective cousin, could you really blame him?
~*~
Amber slung her arm through Ryder's and nodded. "Awesome," she stated. "I've been great too. Met alot of new people. Seems to me that lots of people moving out this side. Not that I'm complaining, as new refreshing people are nice. Like this chick I met this morning..." she trailed off, looking towards the individual. Okay, jackass. Just because he was seemingly in a bad mood meant the world should have to deal with him and his bullshit? She thought not.
"How's about you do the same? You're making more noise than they had been," she stated, raising a brow as she stood next to Drek and Devin now, giving the rude individual a withering glare.

"Good. Drek's not dead and Devin's got his stuff back. The world is happy...or at least I am..." said Zanna, quieting down towards the end as she could think of nothing else to add to the statement. She contented herself with wondering why that male had felt the need to tell them to shut up...or swing an obscenity into the sentence. It was his choice, and they were being rather loud...but still. It wasn't exactly the nicest thing to do. Maybe he had a migraine.
Tyler didn't say anything, just stared at the ground in front of him and twiddled his thumbs. He shouldn't be loud. He really shouldn't, should he? But he had. He'd been loud and been yelled at by two people. Not quite a great way to start out the day, eh? "Tyty, sorry if I hurt your feelings by yelling at you," Zanna apologized, as if she'd been reading his mind or something. Yes, they were that connected...or she was just a good guesser... "'Sokay."

"Hi."Devin and Drek said looking at the girl that took her place next to them. "How are you?"Drek asked as Devin stared at the other guy wondering what he would do and when he would do it.

Walking along the board, two girls stood, arms intertwined at the elbow and both with cigarettes in each hand. On one side was Miss Elizabeth Martin, her hair in a high messy bun, and a laid back ‘I’m Just Too Cute’ Outfit. On her hips, hung a pair of light faded jeans, with a pink graffiti on the right leg that read ‘2HAWT4U’. On her torso were a black wifebeater, and a pink cami tank. And for a very interesting change, pair of Pink Chuck Taylor’s was on her feet.
One the other side was Miss Adrienne Martin. Her goal was sexy, and she had definite reached her goal. Her dark hair was in sexy messy curls, which went a little past her shoulders. Half of her face was obsurced by a pair of black oversized Gucci sunglasses. Hugging her chest was a simple black off-brand wifebeater. What was on the lower half of her body was a bit pricier. She has chosen Cancun wash Sevens jeans, and a pair of black stelltio pumps, that were Elizabeth’s.
“I love you, bitch.” Adrienne would say. “I love you, too, you whore-bag.” Then the pair would look at one another and laugh like they were high, and then take drags of they're cigarettes.

Jimmy’s eyes opened once more and made his way towards the group. “Listen, my head hurts and this day has been crap to me. Sorry that I took out my anger on you, but really you weren’t helping.” He stated softly and honestly, though making his point clear. His hands dropped to his side as he spoke his word upon reaching the group. After doing so, he looked around the boardwalk and the various shops, looking to see if there had maybe been a place to sit down. Looking back in front of him, he noticed the small group /had/ been seated at a bench and had also noticed there was an empty one across from it. Slowly, Jimmy made his way to the bench and took a seat on it, letting his elbows sit atop his knees as he cradled his head in his hands. He kept quiet and tried to ignore the sounds around him. He should be home sleeping instead of giving people he didn’t even know a hard time, but at the moment all he could think about was letting his mind ease.

"If Drek wasn't around, I wouldn't have gotten mad, but he could have been having a bad day and you could have scared the crap shit out of him."Devin said not as harsh as before a softer tone. He looked behind him at Drek who looked confused but didn't do anything about it.

"Why don't you just go home and sleep then?" Zanna asked bluntly, raising her not-perfect brow at the male. "I mean...that's what usually helps me the most when I have a headache. That and a handul--not literally--of Ibuprofen. Or something like that," she added, basically for no reason. She found it slightly...funny. And if not funny then at least ironic, that she was trying to help him when he'd yelled at them. But since she so frequently had migraines--at least one a month--she actually understood what he was going through.
Tyler looked up at everyone he didn't know. How many? Five of them near enough to him to see clearly. To anyone that cared, he said simply, "To anyone that cares, my name's Tyler. Brigston. Tyler Brigston." His voice was soft, going back to the tone he normally tended to used.

"Absolutely peachy," Amber told Drek before saying 'hey' to Devin. "Um, maybe you don't remember me. Amber. I met you guys at the beach when you had your dogs...and Spencer was there," she nodded before jerking a thumb in Ryder's direction. "This my cousin Ryder," she introduced before looking to the girl and the boy. "Amber, nice to meet you." She put her hand out, obviously expecting them to shake it.
~*~
Nodding at Drek and Devin, then doing the same for Tyler and Zanna, he leaned against a post, hands in his pockets. Okay, he wasn't feeling entirely social, but he was going to be nice at least. "What you guys up to?" he inquired, settling his grey eyes on the group. Seeing as the other guy had apologized, he shrugged. It wasn't like he was shouting at him so he really could give a damn. At least he had been kind enough to do so though.

Tyler shook the girl's hand, though refrained from saying anything. He'd already told the whole little group his name, hadn't he? And that was enough. And if it wasn't, they could ask more, and he could, quite simply, answer all the questions. It really was quite simple. "Zanna. My name's Zanna," replied the female, shaking Amber's hand, and dropping it quickly. It was a well known fact--at least to her and Tyler--that she didn't really like shaking people's hands. She didn't mind hugs, or piggy-back rides or anything, she just didn't really like touching hands. It was like she was holding their hand, which was very weird. "Nice to meet you."
