At her question, Colby scooped her up into his arms and grinned, gently placing her over his shoulder and starting the walk up to his front door. "Hmm? I dunno. I'm sure we can find something to do," he muttered, arriving at the door and unlocking it. He smirked, stepping inside and closing the door once they were safely inside. Knowing for a fact Amber wasn't home since her car wasn't parked outside, he made his way with Elizabeth over to the couch, setting her atop it and dropping his keys upon the coffee table.
After sitting down next to her, he gently used his feet to remove his sneakers. "Question is, what do you wanna do?" he asked with raised brows, plucking the remote off the table and flicking the television on.

Wrapping her hand around his, Liz pulled th remote out of his hand, flipped the TV off and mumbled, "What do you think I want to do?" And with a not-so-inncocent grin, she wrapped her arms around his neck, and planted a kiss on his lips. After a few short seconds, she pulled back and layed her forehead aginst his, waiting for a response.

Feeling the remote being pulled from his hands, and then Elizabeth's arms around his neck, Cole smiled slightly when she backed off the kiss. Lightly wetting his lips, he turned to her and moved her unto his lap, his own arms around her waist. "Hmm, I think I have a pretty good idea," he smirked, pulling her back in for a slow kiss. God he'd missed her lips. "Let's not fight again," he whispered. "But then again...making up is pretty damn good too."

"I dun wanna lose you, Colby...I'm into you, you know..." Liz sighed and thought about this. She didn't want to lose him, but after awhile, he was going to get board. She had never been good with the long term thing. She almost never changes from when the relationship starts to end. It would have to take someone truly amazing to change Liz.
"I'm gonna miss you..." Liz let her sentence trail of as she left a line of Butterfly kisses down his jaw.

"Same," Cole agreed, though knew this relationship was only a here and now...maybe only a summer fling. He was going to enjoy it while it lasted though. "Imma miss you too," he said truthfully, leaning his head to the side whilst she kissed his jaw.
Moving his head so that they were kissing again, his hands slipped up to her back, gently moving against the lower bare skin. Vaguely he remembered her asking about Ohio earlier...damn him if he remembered what exactly.

"Same"
Same? That was it. Nopee, this was not a long term thing, it was a fling. Just great. She had actually just tried to save a fling? That's just peachy.
It was only natural that she would answer her currently ringing cell phone. Resting her forehead on Cole's she looked at her pink rhine stone cover cell phone, flipping it open with "Sunny, Whats Up?", and begain listening.
A few moments letter, Elizabeth said in a monotone voice 'Great. Just fucking Wonderful. No I can't. It's too short Notice. I have other things...I'm sorry Sunny. Your a Goddess...Love You too, Hun. Bye." Closing the phone she looked at Cole with a pout and said,
"Looks Like I'm not going, afterall."

(Too lazy to log in...)
Moving out of the kiss since she'd answered her phone, Cole almost sighed. Once again putting other things over him. They only had a few hours together... Damnit. Oh well. What was he to expect anyway? The only truly caring individual he'd met in the Orange County was Taylor... Well, she'd never allowed herself to get distracted during their 'little' chat. He'd quite enjoyed it.
Pretty much caught up in his own thoughts, Cole almost missed her last statement. "Huhn? Why not?" he asked, tilting his head to the side and examining her face.

"They're going to Greenland, to get a jump on the winter thing, and...I can't. It makes me look shitty, but I can't. Atleast, we can spend time, together, right?"
Liz dropped the phone on the ground and pushed in under the couch with her foot. She didn't even want to look at that thing. Things were not going well. First Cole. Then this. Liz decided, That at all costs, she would have a good time at her party.

"Ahhh, I see," Cole said with a small nod. "Yeah, I guess that's the brightside of the whole thing," he added slowly, brows furrowed. Curiously, he watched her drop her phone, and smiled a bit. What she should have done really was just turn it off. If it rang more than likely she'd be digging under the couch for it...right? Anyway, now wasn't a time to think about that.
"I'm sorry you couldn't do the shoot though," he stated sincerely, arms wrapped around her waist. "Wanna go out tonight?" he asked her, chin on her shoulder.

"I would love to, here to Dollface??"
Then as if someone had gutted her Elizabeth sat up, and held out her pinky finger. and said, with a wide child like grin,
"Coliepop, I Promise I wall stop answering my phone while we're, um, busy, if you promise to tell me one embrassing fact about you right this very second." Liz very pleased with herself. That was the first time she had given something up without really much in return.

Smiling a bit, Colby set his forehead against hers. "Either out to dinner or we go to our club. Your choice," he said, leaving the final decision up to her. Raising a brow at her, he looked down at her finger and then back up to her face. "You serious?" he asked skeptically, but then realized she was. "I don't have anything embarassing though," he muttered, leaning back in the couch and draping his arms over the top. "So I guess that won't work out too well," he concluded with a small indifferent shrug. Well, he couldn't remember anything embarassing. That's a lie. There was that one time...

"LIAR!" Liz barked with a smile. then went on, "Course you do! Everyone has one. There are sooo many I have, you wouldn't belive how many retarded things I have ever said..."
Liz wiggled her pinky. He had to have something. I mean, C'mon, who doesn't have an embrassing moments...not even Colby Hill could stay out of the way of that one.

Lightly pursing his lips, Colby shook his head, looking down at the ground. "Well, I probably have a few. I don't remember them though," he muttered, averting his gaze to the ceiling. "Can't you ask for something else in return for you not answering your phone?" he asked her, raising his brows slightly. No, he didn't want to tell any of his embarassing moments. Why? Because they were just that -- embarassing. He didn't say stupid things; he did stupid things that are best stored away in the recesses of one's mind, never to be thought of again.

"Colby Hill, Why won't you just answer and get it over with?"
Liz wiggled her finger. She honestly wanted to know, what excatly was Cole's stupid side. Oh, it's no fun if you don't know.
"Would Amber know?" Liz asked with a shy smile.

About to answer her first question, Cole paused and his eyes widened ever-so-slightly. Why did she go and play the 'Amber' card? Of course that girl would go and spill his secrets. "Because they are embarassing..." he muttered, pursing his lips. "Plus, they happen on those rare occasions I get piss-ass drunk, so you could only imagine," he added, shaking his head. Ryder wasn't near as bad as he when way too much alcohol got into his system.
He sighed. "This one time, after this party about a year ago," he began, not looking at her. "I drank /a lot/. So much so that I was seeing triple," he smirked. "Anyway, my eldest brother Clyde drove me home, and all that time I kept telling him how much I love him. Sappy shit..." he trailed off, that wasn't the embarassing part. "So we got home, and he helped me to my room and then left. I had other things on my drunken mind than sleeping it seemed. I stripped down to the nude, walked to the guest room where my dad's partner was staying at over night. Told her hello, then proceeded to their balcony...and sang something I can't remember. I think it was 'She Bang'. At the top of my lungs...in the buff before passing out mid-song." Okay, satisfied? Now he was too damn embarassed to look at her.
