"Good then," Ryder said with a nod, softly pecking her temple and then continuing the walk over to his motorbike. "Ooo, you shouldn't have told me that," he stated, the mischievous look returning to his face and glinting from his eyes. "Hmm, too bad I could get arrested for indecent exposure," he added thoughtfully, using his free hand to rub lightly at the bottom of his chin. He didn't say anything more on the issue though, but instead just halted at his motorbike and handed her the spare helmet.
Once he was safely below his own protection and straddled on the bike, he started it up while waiting for her to climb on as well. "Come on babe. You wanna go grab a bite to eat first?" he asked her, glancing at her as he took his hands off the bike bars and rubbed lightly at his right forearm.

A small laugh was departed from her mouth at his comment. The two of them then stayed quite for the remainder of the walk to his bike. Hmm. It almost seemed a little awkward. Stopping along with Ryder as they reached his motorbike, she took the helmet from his hands with a soft ‘thank you’, slipped it on and climbed onto the bike after he had. She then wrapped her arms around his waist and turned her head to the side slightly.
“I don’t care, if you’re hungry then we can.” She stated, turning her head to look back at him as he looked at her. She shrugged lightly. Showing she really didn’t care whether or not they got something to eat. “Yeah, sure.” She added quickly, figuring it’d be good for her to make a decision for once. She always never cared, she didn’t this time either, but she knew from past experiences that a lot of people got annoyed with it.

"Okay. I'll find somewhere then," Ryder said, pulling out of the space and then the lot of the hotel itself. Wetting his lips beneath his helmet, he kept an eye out for some fastfood joint. Maybe he should take her to that place he preferred -- the one he'd gotten her the burger from when he'd brought dinner to her the night it had rained. It was the only place he'd encountered in the O.C. so far with good food, so might as well.
About fifteen minutes later, he pulled up in front of said place, shutting the motorbike off when he had. Removing his helmet, he ran a hand through his locks, eliminating any possibly 'helmet hair'. He managed to make it messy, but it only served in giving him a sort of edge. "Well here we are. Vino's place," he murmured, stretching upward and climbing off the bike, putting the stand down and holding his helmet beneath the crook of his arm. "Gotta be the best food next to home-cooked meals over this side."

As the bike came to a halt and Ryder removed his body from it, Spencer looked towards the place they had pulled up to. She had never eaten here. Passed it I’m sure, but never ended up stopping to get a bite. No, she didn’t have her own car, but she did have her learner’s and could get her license fairly soon. Jimmy was the only one with a car in the family, beside her parent’s of course. Pulling the helmet off to get a better look at the joint, Spencer examined its presence and then looked to Ryder with what looked like an approving smile.
Climbing off the bike rather quickly, Spencer smoothed down the wrinkles in her jeans and placed the helmet in its usual spot. Hmm. Only a small something would make her happy, Spencer wasn’t that hungry after all. “Looks very decent.” She stated, grinning widely at Ryder. “Shall we?” she asked, holding out a hooked arm, offering for Ryder to join his arm with hers.
