Dressed in a gray tank top that overlapped a white one and white shorts resting on the lower portion of her body, her hair up into a simple ponytail and a pair of plain black flip-flops on her feet was Spencer. There she sat, smack in the middle of the shopping mall on a bench in the food court. Her legs were crossed at the knees and her elbow rested atop them, her head being held in the palm of her hand. A soft yawn had been expelled by the young teen but she tried her best to look as lively as possible.
Two bags rested at her feet, filled with at least two new outfits that she had bought just recently. Sure, Spencer wasn’t what you would call rich, but she could definitely afford going shopping at least once every two weeks or so. Yes, she had gone shopping by herself. She hadn’t asked anyone to go with her; automatically assuming no one would want to. She’d rather not bug anyone and just get some shopping done alone.
Glancing around at the many people and crowds who passed by, Spencer offered a smile to anyone who glanced her way. There had been a couple of fools who had checked her out, playing their cards with the ‘want my number, babe?’ trick. Spencer had ignored them, seeing how she was now with Ryder, and loving it. So, what to do on this day alone? Maybe she would run into someone. Or was that just what she wanted?

Tyler bit nervously at his lip, wondering why he had decided to come alone to this stupid place. Why hadn't he brought someone? Why hadn't Zanna come? Oh..wait, she had to go to the dentist with her mother. Stupid dentist. Stupid other people that didn't want to come with him. Stupid him for coming in the first place.
He took a deep breath and let it out in a long sigh. Oh well. He was here now. He had money. Why not try and find some clothes? Or, better yet, try and make friends with someone?
Haha, no. Tyler didn't just go up to people. Even when they approached him, it was hard for him to talk to them. He just...wasn't good around people he didn't know. Of course, he'd had to meet everyone one of his friends thus far in his life, so why not continue making new ones?
After swallowing, he smoothed down his plain gray shirt and glanced around.
Who to talk to?

A small sigh escaped her lips, as Noelle's gaze shifted around looking for someone she knew. Or even someone to talk to would be fine. Someone...anyone. The theme at the moment was strips with her outfit. And even though it may sound like an odd combination, the outfit was quite cute. A gray and white horizontal striped shirt was worn, along with a white pair of shorts, and then there weas the black and purple horizontal stripped socks, coming up just below her knees. On the girls feet were a pair of white flats with shoe laces, which were tied of course. A large white bag was on her shoulder, the strap was rather short, and didn't slip. And then there was that white watch on her wrist and the black sunglasses which she wore up on her head at the moment. That blonde hair of hers was worn down, and she'd curled it a little bit. As odd as it might sound, as said...it was cute, it really was. The small frown was replaced by a small smile as she watched as two people walked by, a mother and daughter. And she wished that her mom was there, or that she was in Paris with her mother...as she would be at this time of year normally, though she wasn't. Just here, in the OC. Sitting on a bench, by herself at the mall. Nothing had been purchased yet...

Tyler continued looking around. He noticed that two other girls near him were both wearing some type of gray in some part of their outfit, just like him. He found it a bit funny, for some odd reason, and couldn't help but giggle a little. Just a little...
Okay, so maybe it was more than a little. Maybe it was little spasms of giggles escaping every five seconds. Maybe.
He should talk to one of them. One of the two girls. Tyler knew he should. The question was, of course, would he? Most likely not. Of course, it was still a good thing for him to even THINK about talking to people he didn't know. It was, indeed, quite a good improvement from his old self.
The one who liked to hide in his house. The one who begged his mom to be homeschooled. The one that used to never talk to anyone. That was the old him. The new one wasn't too much different, but it was still better. He was outside, wasn't he? He'd graduated from a normal highschool, hadn't he? And he talked to his friends.

Zanna walked around the mall-ish place, looking for one person in particular. His mother had said he was here...but where was he? Where was that oh-so-shy little boy. Emphasis on the shy, little and boy. "Tyyy! Where are you?" she asked, though not of anyone in particular. Spotting the very familiar and often worn gray shirt, she smiled.
It was him.
"Tyler!" she exclaimed happily, skipping her merry way over to him. "Hey," she greeted, face flushed from all the recent skipping she'd managed to do. "I see you're just standing around...not talking to anyone...not doing anything. That's my boy," she joked, smirking at him and then looking around.
"Let's talk to one of them." Grabbing his hand, Zanna lead herself and Tyler to the girl that had been at that party. She couldn't really remember her name. She knew she'd heard it, but she couldn't place it. Nola? Nia? Nole? She didn't know.
"Uhhm, hi. My name's Zanna, and this is Tyler. Tyler's going to stay here and talk to you while I go talk to someone else," she said, casually walking up to the white-shorted, blonde haired, girl. Smirking once more at Tyler, she slid herself away from him and maneuvered herself toward a girl in multiple layers of tanktops.
"Hi, I'm Zanna." She was in a very not-shy-at-all mood.

Spencer looked up from her gaze, rather annoyed of herself and bored as hell. She hadn’t wanted to return home, knowing there would be no one but herself there if she had. She was tired a bit anyways and a little hungry, though she had not bothered to get something to eat. A little stupid considering she was surrounded by food. Duh. But it didn’t make a difference, she was either too lazy to get something or really just wasn’t in the mood.
She turned her head slightly, her eyes falling on that of a girl who sat opposite from her on the bench near-by. It was unlike Spencer to walk up to someone just for the heck of it and she really didn’t plan on doing it today either, though she saw the boredom in the other girls eyes as much as in the eyes of a boy too. It seemed that every where she turned she saw people talking and laughing, but now, just within a few feet away, she had noticed that the other two, just like her, seemed to have absolutely nothing to do.
The hazel eyes of the teen had caught moment glances between the two, changing from one to the other casually. She didn’t say anything to either of them, but if they caught her looking at them she’d offer a small smile.
Looking up at the girl who had introduced herself, Spencer smiled, straightening her position on the bench. "Nice to meet you, I'm Spencer." she said, uncrossing her legs and holding out a hand for the girl to shake. Yea, so, it had been corny to shake someones hand when you met them, if not a formal meeting, but Spencer did it anyways.

"Uh-er-mm-Yea, I'm Tyler," he said, a pink blush almost instantly tinging his pale cheeks. "I'm sorry. She's, um, really pushy sometimes. But. I mean, not sorry that I have to talk to, um, you. You, er, look like a nice person. And. Uhh. Yea. I'm gonna stop talking now," he said, his speech hurried, slightly slurred, and filled with a bunch of "Uhh"s "Umm"s and "Err"s.
Such a typical conversation for him.

Devin twirled through the mall leaving his brother in his wake. Today Devin had decided to wear black cargos slightly baggy held up by a black belt with rainbow spikes. On his upper side a pink long sleeve shirt with a hot pink shirt over that. And on his head a black van hat with bright green sunglasses. Drek had decided to dress just like his brother today, right down to the belt and pink and grey vans. Hell, what fun is it being a twin unless you don't dress like each other?! Following his brother Drek skipped they had just walked in so they hadn't seen any stores yet, hell, they hadn't seen any people yet.

Zanna looked at her hand for a seconds, as she always did. Then she took it, gave it a gentle little shake and recoiled her hand back into her body. "It's nice to meet you. I think I've seen you before," she said, but didn't point out where. See, when someone passed out because of drinking, Zanna figured it wasn't a good thing to remind said person of what they had done.
Turning her head to look around, Zanna spotted two other familiar faces. Or was it one carrying a mirror? She smirked at the thought. Smiling at the two twin boys, she waved loftily but decided to save the talking for when the came closer to the pair of females Zanna was part of.

Devin spotted Zanna and Spencer and slammed to a stop causeing his brother to pile up on him. Walked away Devin was tripped by Drek's out stretched foot. Laughing Drek jumped his brother and walked over to the two. "Bonjour. Ca va?"Drek asked. Devin got up and shoved his brother to the ground when he got close enough. "Salute."Devin said himself.

"Oh, yea, I totally know what you just said...you know, but not really. Well, I know what salute means...not, "Bonjour. Ca va?" though. So what's it mean?" Zanna asked. She looked from one to the other, trying to figure out which was which. Hmm...she wasn't quite sure. They looked alike, and today they were dressed alike. Not a good combination for trying to guess these types of things.
"You're Devin, right?" Zanna asked, looking at the boy whose name she'd said, and hoping profusely that she was right. If not...well, she couldn't be blamed. They were twins, so she had an excuse to no be able to tell them apart. Right?
Of course. Of course she did.

Noelle blinked as she watched the two of them approach, Zanna talk..hey she'd met her at that party..she was almost sure if it.. And then move off, leaving the male with her. She let out a light laugh then as she listened to him speak. "No worries." she replied with a pause. "I'm Noelle." she added as she stuck out her hand then. Her free hand moving up as she tucked back a strand of hair from her face.

"Nope nope! Drek!"Devin said he decided to do this to her. "I'm Devin."Drek said picking up his brother's hint and smiling. Devin went around the two of the girls flipping Zanna's hair and going 'Flip!' THen walked back to his brother's side grinning.

Devin who was to be Drek for the day saw a girl he didn't know and walked over, she was talking to a boy he didn't know. He smiled and stuck out his hands to each before he said anything. "Hello, I'm Devin.. Or Drek, you decide."Devin said smiling at each of them. "Bonjour Ca va means Hello hows it going, Salute means Hi."Drek explained then grabed both girls and brought/dragged them to were his brother had gone to.

Tyler let out a sigh of relief. At least this girl wasn't a major bitch like so many girls in the O.C., these days, were. Thank the heavens. Or lord. Or whatever that saying was supposed to be. "Nice to meet you," he replied, voice low, as he shook her hand. He dropped it after a couple seconds, knowing that if he held it any longer the situation would become akward.
Tyler hated akwardness. He absolutely hated it. Plus the fact that he always felt like he was responsible for it never really helped anything.
