You would think, in all the places in the world that Milan would be the perfect place to find a you’re-the-most-amazing-boyfrined-on-the-face-of-the-earth-and-I’m-sorry-for-being-such-a-loser gift. But No. Miss Martin had seen nothing that liver up to her standards.
Equipped with a brand new light blue Chanel clutch, Elizabeth was doing everything in her power to find Cole that special something. But she had zero success. Lovely. It didn’t help that she had a time restriction. She wanted to meet Cole at an Outdoor Café, which just happened to be a block a way. Wonderful. Alight, last stop. Stepping into the Dolce and Gabbana boutique, Elizabeth questioned anyone that would listen. She wanted something sweet, something original, and something that say’s ‘YOU’RE AMAZING!’.
Taking a seat, Elizabeth watched attendants waving things in front of her. Simply, she waved them off. Nothing struck her. Nothing at all…Not until she got a sneak peak at something out of the new D&G time fall line. It was simple and couture, a watch set with Diamonds in the face, marking 12, 3, 6, and 9 o’ clock. The rest was silver, plated with assorted diamonds. At first sight, it was slightly Metro, but if you gave it a good once over, it was charming. A smile played across her glossed lips, and she handed one the men her credit card, and pointing. She didn’t have time to start converting her thoughts to whatever language they might want to ask questions of.
Coming out of the boutique, Elizabeth was a slight spring in her step, and a model-beautiful smile on her face. Taking a twirl on the sidewalk, Elizabeth wrapped her arms around her corn-flower blue sundress clad body, and made her way over to the small, and quite cozy outdoor café, where she was seated and offered a tea. Gladly accepting, Elizabeth waited happily for Cole. He could keep her waiting for hours, but she wouldn’t care. She had the perfect day worked out in her head, and no one, not even Lauren could break this smile.
